The breakfast menu was same every day, which could get monotonous after a few days. the hotel's location was a bit noisy, and there were some safety concerns in the surrounding area, especially at night.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. M. Eray at check-in was attentive to details. Gul on 7th floor did quick cleaning. Would definitely return.

The breakfast selection is varied and satisfying, providing a good start to the day. Despite being down the hill from the town center, the hotel offers a free transfer service to Taksim Square.

The hotel is located down the hill, away from the busy streets of the city center, making it a peaceful and convenient location. My stay here was a great experience! The staff provided excellent service with 24-hour room service and a shuttle service that took me around the city. They even arranged for my laundry and car rental. The room was very cozy with excellent amenities like free toiletries, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The spa centre was also a delightful addition to my stay as it provided a relaxing spa lounge, sauna, and steam bath.

Would definitely recommend this venue to all.
